Sea-view condo in the heart of Patong
PHUKET: Sansiri last week unveiled their latest Phuket medium-rise project – “THE DECK”, a brand-new condominium to be built in the heart of Patong, setting its sights on Phuket’s holiday home market. Speaking at the project’s media-launch event, Mr Uthai Uthaisangsuk, Senior Vice President for
Business and Condominium Project Development, Sansiri PCL, revealed that: “THE DECK Condominium has been created in response to the huge demand and high growth rates of the holiday-home market in Phuket, which is in part due to the desirability of the location and the growing worldwide popularity of Phuket as a tourist destination.
“To meet the holiday-home market potential, Sansiri has developed and launched a grand condominium project which includes fully-furnished units featuring a large common area and high-standard amenities, situated right in the center of this most desirable location for both Thais and foreigners alike.”

THE DECK condominium project will be built on a 5-0-45-rai land plot on the north end of Rat-U-Thit 200 Years Road, the same road that runs in front of Jungceylon Shopping Complex. The development will comprise two 7-storey buildings with a total of 270 units.
With units priced between 2.9 to 11.4 million baht, dwelling areas will range from 29 to 75 square meters. They include Studio type (29-38sqm); One-bedroom (40.5–50.5sqm) and Two-Bedroom, 63–75sqm). The project will be equipped with two state-of-the-art swimming pools, including one on the upper deck overlooking the western sea-view, and another one on a lower level which incorporates a jacuzzi, a fitness center, and a sauna room.
The lobby of the project will feature both an indoor area and a pleasant outdoor area interlinking the two buildings. Other first-rate amenities include a large recreational area with a BBQ terrace section, Wi-Fi Internet covering the area from the lobby to the swimming pool, and the project will be protected by 24-hour security and CCTV.
THE DECK is only a five-minute stroll to Patong Beach and 10 minutes to the noted shopping and leisure venue of Jungceylon. To add to the investment attraction of the project, Sansiri also offers “Rental for the Holidays” service for unit owners who wish to earn income from their property.
