Prive 49 Condos launched in Phuket
Last Friday (February 7) the Prive 49 Condos opened its showroom, next to Makro, to property figures and the media, with a cocktail party with live music. The showroom includes a show apartment. Privé 49 is described as “a low-density development that promises privacy and affordable exclusive appeal.
The seven-floor building will have 49 fully furnished single-bedroom apartments of about 33 sqm, ranging in price from B2.28 million to B2.3 million. Apart from the bedroom, each will have a living room/ddining area and an ensuite bathroom.
Communal facilities will include a swimming pool, a fitness centre, secure underground parking, a Café 49, a garden, shuttle service to nearby destinations, facilities for maid service and hi-tech security.
“Privacy and convenience are the main focus of Privé 49,” said project president Sam Sethi, a Phuket native and board member of the Phuket Real Estate Association. “Privé 49 is very much aimed at long-term investment in central Phuket. “As the surrounding area transforms into a a bustling Asian hub, we expect the tranquillity of the single-bedroom living spaces will be very attractive to investors and long-term rental tenants alike.”
Construction is scheduled to begin soon, with completion by the end of 2015. Prices start at 2.28 million baht for the fully-furnished spaces, including a compact fitted kitchen, measuring about 33sqm and are available freehold to foreign buyers.
Privé 49 residents are expected to be a healthy mix of locals and foreigners, a number of them using Phuket as a base from which to work, relax and travel.
