The demand for condominium projects in Phuket is growing strongly among both locals and foreigners, especially for condos priced between 0.90 – 1.99 MB. The new supplies of condominiums are mostly located in the downtown area and on the east coast of the island where demand is strongest.

The condominium property market has experienced the highest growth in recent times, followed by detached houses and then townhouses.

Phuket’s economy is strong, with promising trends such as further urbanisation and economic development. The number of Thai and foreign businesspeople in the province has also seen relatively high growth; significantly affecting demand for condominiums.
